Welfare & Tool Store Hire
We understand how important it is to provide high-quality welfare facilities for your workforce. Making sure you comply with health, safety, and welfare regulations, our welfare units will also keep your staff happy and equipment safe.
All our units come with a canteen with seating area, work surface, kettle, microwave, a washroom with full-flushing toilet and a drying room with coat hooks and blown-air heating outlet. Our larger 12 man units come with an additional separate office space.
We also offer secure towable stores to keep all your tools and equipment safe on site.
20ft Welfare Unit with Office Space
L K Construction have a fleet of over 30 welfare units of varying sizes to suit all your site requirements. Our 12ft model is suitable for a site team of up to 6 people and our 20ft units will allow a team of up to 12 people to comfortably use them.
The eco units have advanced quite generators that only run when they absolutely need to, coupled with LED lights, diesel 'Air' heating system and a drying room suitable for drying all your wet clothes, the units are ideal for all sites.
Our 12ft tool stores are secure lockable containers that can be towed to and from site and are suitable to store all your hand tools, wheelbarrows and finds in. The wheels retract up into the unit like the welfare units meaning they are secure and unable to be moved once put in place on site. They also come with ramps to make it easier to get your equipment in and out.
